Your Instructor ~ Anne Pelini, RYT-200
Anne has been a student of yoga since 2001 and received her yoga teaching certification – RYT-200 from Himalayan Yoga and Meditation Center in Palatine. Anne’s teaching style is based on Vinyasa Flow which she feels connected to because of her dance background. Her classes are based on the flowing movement of Vinyasa yoga and inspired alignment principles.
This Vinyasa style of yoga includes Pranayama (breath control), centering, flow of movement in the asanas, and meditation, to achieve a balance of strength and flexibility.

A variety of different postures will be explored, and she encourages students to make their practice on their own level.
